\nErasmus+ Mobility for staff teaching & training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\nGeneral rules<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
You can participate if you are a staff member of the 91短视频 (academic, technical and administrative staff and PhD students under contracts);<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- Have signed an employment contract with the 91短视频 (permanent or fixed-term).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The amounts allocated (contribution to travel costs and individual support for physical mobility) depend on rules set by the European Commission and not by the University (financial guidelines);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The applicant may be a national of any country;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Please apply at least 45 days before the start of your mobility<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The mobility period cannot be shortened;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The minimum duration is 2 days and the maximum duration of mobility is 12 days \/ academic year (Europe);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The minimum duration is 5 days and the maximum duration of mobility is 12 days \/ academic year (Outside Europe);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- If you wish to undertake your mobility in England<\/strong> or Switzerland <\/strong>(considered as \u2018non-associated third countries\u2019), please note that this is possible for a minimum period of 5 days, provided that these countries agree to sign the mobility agreement and provide a certificate of attendance;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- You can go on mobility as many times as you like until you reach the 12-day limit;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Days spent abroad as part of staff mobility schemes do not affect the threshold for the number of days of teleworking<\/strong> or taxation. However, a declaration of secondment must be made in advance via a travel authorisation (AVS) in order to remain covered by social security.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The training institution must be located in a country participating in the Erasmus+ programme<\/a>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The mobility can only take place if funds are available to cover the expected cost;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- You have to advance the costs of your mobility<\/strong>, the costs will be reimbursed to you on your return;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The amount allocated depends on the distance travelled (from the 91短视频) and the duration of your stay, this will be calculated in the grant agreement;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The number of travel days allocated is determined by the geographical location of the host institution. From 1 March 2024, the rule is that 2 days will be added to the individual support you receive.(unless your mobility takes place in an institution in the Greater Region).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- You must, by your own means, find a mentor who agrees to host you<\/strong> among the staff of the host Institution during the desired mobility period;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Submit an official letter of invitation signed by the mentor \/ organization \/ institution who will be responsible for you;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The mobility and grant agreements will have to be approved and signed by the home institution (you, head of BRI, DA, rector) and by the host institution;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Your manager \/ supervisor must approve your mobility by written;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- For staff mobility outside Europe, there are only a few spots available in some institutions (see the section \u201cSpots available outside Europe<\/a>\u201d below).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- The 91短视频 does not provide additional payment for teaching hours at another university, except of course the reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs. If the teaching hours are outside your contractual hours (40 hours\/week) and the other University where you are going to teach wishes to remunerate you, you will have to prior request an authorization for ancillary activity<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
